You are looking at an amazing view: remains of a dead star, Cassiopeia A, 15-20 times the size of our Sun. It had exploded over 10,000 years ago, but because is was SO far away from us - the light comprising this image has reached the Earth only about 300 years ago. Imagine how far this star used to be! Via Hubble Telescope.
